Set pcc profiles to a usage rule definition

This PUT operation sets pcc profiles to a usage rule definition by passing the usageRuleDefinitionId in the URL and a JSON payload containing pcc profile ids in an array. Setting the profile means that these are the profiles that will apply when the usage rule is violated. If successful, you receive an HTTP response code of 201.

See HTTP response codes for other response codes.
