RTE SOM CDR

The RTE generates CDRs at the end of each traffic event.

There are different Transaction Types for different RTE SOM traffic events. The Transaction Type field contains this transaction type.

Subscriber ID

The MSISDN of the handset which initiated the dialogue.

This is in Tango internal format.

Service ID

The CDR Service ID. This is set to 63 for RTE SOM CDRs.

Transaction Type

Indicates the transaction type for this CDR.

  • 1 = No Offer Applicable

  • 2 = Offer Added

  • 3 = Offer Accepted

  • 4 = Offer Expired

  • 5 = Offer Does not Exist

  • 6 = Offer Already Accepted

  • 7 = Subscriber Daily Limit

  • 8 = Subscriber Weekly Limit

  • 9 = Subscriber not in Cache

  • 10 = Offer viewed

  • 11 = Offer acknowledged

  • 12 = Offer cancelled

  • 13 = Offer rejected

  • 14 = Update failed

  • 15 = Offer terminated

Tenant ID

Alphanumeric string that displays the ID of the network operator for which the CDR was produced.

MSISDN

The subscriber’s MSISDN in international format.

Date

The date on which the CDR was written. Format: YYYY-MM-DD.

Time

The time at which the CDR was written. Format: hh:mm:ss.

Trigger

The reason by which the request was triggered.

Service Code

The USSD Service Code in plan ASCII digits or the internal orchestration code which is configurable per operator.

Action

The action that occured.

An example would be addCampaign.

Error Code

The Java Service Environment (SE) code.

This is always set to 0.

Campaign ID

The ID of the RTE campaign.

Campaign Name

The name of the RTE campaign.

Campaign Type

The type of campaign.

Some examples include referrals or special offers.

Campaign Objective

The objective of the campaign being run.

This is a free text field defined by the operator.

Offer External ID

The unique ID number of the instance of the offer.

This is an internal Tango sequence number.

Offer Definition External ID

The offer ID number as defined by the operator.

Offer Message

The content of the message received by the subscriber.

Cost

The cost of the offer to the business.

Push Channel

The channel on which the request was triggered.

Segment

The segment name. Segments refine offers using certain demographic conditions.

HPLMN

The Home Public Land Mobile Network (HPLMN). This is the home network of the subscriber.

MEXMS is MEX for Mexico and MS for the region.

VPLMN

The Visited Public Land Mobile Network. This is the PLMN on which the mobile subscriber has roamed when leaving his or her HPLMN.

Response Time

The number of seconds elapsed since the referral offer was sent to the referee.

Consume Channel

The channel on which the offer was consumed.

SMS is an example.
