SPCM data usage CDR

The SPCM generates a data usage CDR for each usage report received from the PCRF.

In addition to the base CDR, trailing variable fields are also produced with a terminating element of &0;0;0.

Subscriber ID

The MSISDN of the subscriber. This is in Tango internal format.

Service ID

The Tango CDR Service ID. This is 45 for the SPCM Data Usage CDRs.

Transaction Type

The transaction type.

  • 0 = usage report

  • 1 = usage report failure

  • 2 = plan expiry

Tenant ID

Alphanumeric string that displays the ID of the network operator for which the CDR was produced.

CDR Generation Date

The date the CDR was generated. Format: DD/MM/YYYY.

CDR Generation Time

The time the CDR was generated. Format: hh:mm:ss.

Failure Code

The failure code for the data usage CDRs.

  • 1 = error

  • 2 = dynamic profile not found

Plan Id

The ID of the plan derived from the usage key in the usage report.

Usage Key

The usage key. This is a combination of the profile ID and the PCC Profile.

Discount Type

The discount type (if applied).

  • 0 = none

  • 1 = fixed (rate from SPCM)

  • 2 = dyanmic (rate from DPS)

  • 3 = schedule (discount schedule)

Used Volume Units

The used volume units value from the usage report.

These are the units as reported by the PCRF on the last usage report.

The used time units from the usage report.

The used credit units from the usage report.

The granted volume units from the usage report.

Plan Activated

Indicates if a plan was activated upon first usage.

Plan Name

The name of the plan.

The Gx session ID for the PCEF interface.

The Public Land Mobile Network ID.

The subscriber’s IMSI.

Allowed Unit Amount

The maximum number of bytes or seconds of usage allowed for the plan.

-1 if empty or not applicable.

Data usage CDR variable part

The variable part of the SPCM Data Usage CDR represents the incremental value over the lifetime of the plan.

The variable part has a terminating element of &0;0;0.
Field Description

Entity Type

Indicates which entity type the variable part of the CDR refers to.

values

  • 0 = usage counter

  • 1 = rule violation

Entity Metering Type

The usage counter metering type.

values

  • 0 = volume

  • 1 = time

  • 2 = credit

The field is blank if the Entity Type is 1.

Entity ID

A unique numeric ID that represents this occurence of the entity.

Entity Definition ID

The entity definition ID. This is a numeric field which reflects the entity definition in the database.

Examples are UsageCounterDefinitionId and UsageRuleDefinitionId.

Entity Name

The exame name of the usage counter or the usage rule.

An example would be something like Plan Consumption Counter.

Entity Value

The usage counter amount or rule threshold value at which the rule was violated.

This value represents the overall aggregated value.

Entity Transaction Type

Indicates if the update included a usage counter reset.

  • -1 = Reset for UsageCounter

This field is blank if the Entity Type is 1.
